Common questions
- What is free, and what do you charge for?
- Scoping, system design, building, integration with your tools, deployment and team training are free. You then pay one fixed monthly fee to run the system, covering hosting coordination, monitoring, support, model updates and compliance upkeep.
- How much is the monthly fee?
- It depends on the system, and it is fixed before we build anything. You see the exact figure in a written proposal before you commit, and it does not change afterwards. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
- What happens if we stop the monthly fee?
- Your system keeps running exactly as deployed. Nothing is switched off remotely. It simply stops being monitored, updated and supported by us, and you receive a documented handover and a full export of your data.
- Are we locked into a contract?
- No. There is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time, keep the documentation and take a full export of your data. We would rather you stay because the system works, not because the paperwork says so.
