What does Guni do?

What is privacy-first AI?
AI designed so sensitive data never has to leave your control. It runs in your own cloud, on your servers or in your browser, keeps no unnecessary copies, and is never used to train anyone's models. Privacy is part of the architecture, not a policy added afterwards. Read our security approach.
What is free, and what do you charge for?
Scoping, system design, building, integration with your tools, deployment and team training are free. You then pay one fixed monthly fee to run the system, covering hosting coordination, monitoring, support, model updates and compliance upkeep. See how an engagement works.
How much is the monthly fee?
It depends on the system, and it is fixed before we build anything. You see the exact figure in a written proposal before you commit, and it does not change afterwards. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Where is our data processed and stored?
Custom systems run in your own cloud account or on your own servers. OCRFire runs entirely in your browser. TamperCheck analyses documents in memory and does not store them once the check is complete. Read our security approach.
What happens if we stop the monthly fee?
Your system keeps running exactly as deployed. Nothing is switched off remotely. It simply stops being monitored, updated and supported by us, and you receive a documented handover and a full export of your data.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time, keep the documentation and take a full export of your data. We would rather you stay because the system works, not because the paperwork says so.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
Never. Your documents and system data are used only to do the job the system was built for. They are not used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or anyone else's.
Can you pass our security review?
Our systems are designed to. They run inside your infrastructure, never train on your data and can be deployed fully on-premise. Send us your security questionnaire and we reply within three business days. Read our security approach.
